Time to 'Fess Up… Mountain Climbers Stink!

AM's got Mountain Climbers, I've got Mountain Climbing!


Sarah here, I’m back with a review of last month’s goals and my new goals for February!  My short-term goal for the month of January was to do 15 minutes of strengthening workouts each day. From Meditation to Mountain Climbers!


Anne Marie here and now that it’s February, I’ve got a new goal for the month: To perform 50 mountain climbers right into a one minute plank hold.
