Satisfied!

Strength training

I loved working on a specific skill- it gave us a very concrete measure of success. I knew my body was growing so much stronger from the class, I could feel it, but seeing measurable success, especially with something like arm strength! I loved the emails/post/blog. It’s great to have that reminder and re-focus coming from you guys, especially directly related to what we were working on. I think this class is genius. I love the combination of strength training and yoga, and I love you guys. What’s more, I love what I have given to myself by doing it.  – Ali, June 2012

Warrior Rising is the perfect package of what I like (yoga) and what-I-need-but-am-not-motivated-to-do-on-my-own (strength training and cardio) bundled together in an approximately 1.5 hour class — just the right amount of time to dedicate to taking care of myself. Anne Marie and Sarah are wonderfully motivating, and I look forward to what they have in store for us each Saturday morning!! – Andrea, June 2012

I liked the challenge a lot, it was good to have a goal and see/feel the improvements each week. I never thought I’d be capable of attending a class at 6.15am, I think I was partially thinking you’d cancel the class after only a few weeks (!) but getting there became part of my achievement. I knew others were counting on me to attend, which gave me the added boost of having to be there, turning over in bed was no excuse! – Rhiannon, June 2012

October’s session was amazing! I feel stronger calmer and happier!! I’m glad to be continuing in November with you, so that I can really start to seriously strengthen my core and to work even more deeply. I thoroughly enjoy all your tender, sometimes humorous, but wonderfully challenging guidance! You always give us somehow exactly what we need! You work so well together and so intuitively, it’s truly very special. I feel so fortunate to be a Warrior! I can’t thank you both enough for offering us this amazing program. I enrolled in Warrior Rising eager to have dedicated time for myself. Something I hadn’t done since having two small children. I looked forward to returning to a yoga practice, peace of mind and simply getting out of the house.
